The Safe Deposit Locker/Safe Custody of Articles Policy/Operational Guidelines in vogue has been prepared by the Bank taking into consideration the various developments in the area of banking and technology, nature of Consumer grievances and guidelines/directives issued by the RBI from time to time approved by the BoM/BoD in its meeting held on 23.02.2024/28.02.2024 vide Resolution No.A.1.(g)(vi). The guidelines/instructions contained in this policy have come into force w.e.f. 01.03.2024 and applicable to both new and existing Safe Deposit Lockers and Safe Custody of Articles facility with the bank.
